Are you ‘mature’, have low energy or a complete beginner?

This group might suite you. Yoga has something to offer anyone who wants to improve and support their health and wellbeing. Yoga is an ancient, holistic ‘keep fit’ system which is still perfect for us today. Suitable for most people whatever your age, or current fitness level. We can all enjoy the yoga postures, breathing and relaxation, as the practise is always adjusted to suit personal needs. Benefits of a regular practice can include: improved strength, suppleness, stamina and circulation, release of tension and mental calm.
